How WPC is Made:
WPC, or Wood Plastic Composite, is a modern engineered material made by combining wood fibers or sawdust with thermoplastics like PVC, PE, or PP. This blend is processed using heat and pressure to form solid, durable boards used in construction and furniture-making.

Limitations of WPC:
Slightly more expensive than normal plywood
Less screw-holding capacity compared to solid wood
Cannot withstand very high load-bearing applications

Available in standard lengths of 7 feet and 10 feet
Comes in three size variants (Thickness × Width in inches):
5 × 2.5 inch – for main door frames
4 × 2.5 inch – for internal door frames
3 × 2 inch – mainly used for window frames

2. WPC doors
Commonly available in compact sizes like 78×36 inches, 72×27 inches, etc.
Primarily used in bathrooms, wash areas, and wet zones due to high water exposure
Available in two thickness options: 25mm and 30mm
Made from 100% waterproof and termite-proof WPC material
Does not swell, warp, or crack even in continuous moisture
Smooth surface, no need for laminates or polishing

WPC Board
Ideal for areas with high termite infestation, where traditional plywood has failed to last.
Available in thicknesses: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm.
Standard sheet size: 8ft x 4ft only.
Highly water-resistant and durable for long-term use in wet or outdoor conditions.
Important caution: Many low-density WPC boards are being sold at cheap prices.
If the density is too low, screws won’t grip properly.
Poor holding strength leads to loose joints and hardware over time.
